We just wrapped up an incredible trip to Charleston and Savannah with some of our wonderful podcast listeners—and wow, what a time we had! These two Southern gems are full of charm, history, and picture-perfect moments. From walking tours to waterfront views, it felt like stepping into a storybook.
I’ve actually been to Charleston several times with my family, so I’m sharing not just the highlights from this trip, but also a few of my personal favorites—especially if you’re planning a romantic couples’ getaway (Charleston is perfect for that!). My husband and I loved our trip there! Pro Trip! Breeze airlines has a flight from Akron-Canton to Charleston that is a great deal!!
And yes… I heard you asking about the dresses! Most of the outfits I wore on this trip were just $14 from Walmart! They come in so many cute colors and styles—and the fabric? So soft and perfect for travel. I’ve linked everything on my LIKEtoKNOW.it page here so you can shop the looks and follow along for more finds.
Here’s a quick, easy roundup of our must-dos, favorite restaurants, and hotel picks in both Charleston and Savannah!
Just a heads-up! Some of the links I share are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission if you make a purchase—at no extra cost to you. Your support helps me keep sharing fun finds and travel tips, and I’m so grateful you’re here!
